The hotel offered a spacious and clean room with a funny smell and limited lighting, but a quiet refrigerator. The service was friendly and helpful, although a billing issue remains unresolved. My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was ideal for my visit, close to family and eateries, but a bit far from the central attractions. The rooms were mostly clean, although our smoke detector had no battery, and the air conditioning system was a bit erratic. The service was top-notch, with accommodating staff, even though there was some noise from renovations. The dining at the attached restaurant was enjoyable with a good variety, although there were some restrictions on menu choices.

The hotel is located outside the Ottawa central area closer to the airport, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, and close to the highway. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, although being above the Pub meant the music didn't stop until about 5 am. The service was truly friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to decorate beautifully. The dining experience was a disaster with limited choices. The location was convenient for planned activities over the weekend.
